1. If any student is absent himself/herself for more than 15 days continuously without a prior written application he/she be deemed to be expelled from the institute. No separate information will be sent to the parents. No fee or part of the free will be refunded in such cases.

2. Refund rule according to –

     a. After 10 days batch starting date : 20% of the Deposit fee without a scholarship will be deducted.

     b. After 20 days batch starting date : 40% of the Deposit fee without a scholarship will be deducted.

     c. Within 30 days batch starting date : 60% of the Deposit fee without a scholarship will be deducted.

     d. After 30 days batch starting date : Not refund  of the Deposit fee without a scholarship will be deducted.

     e. Amount for every particular in the kit (like study material) will be charged, even after the refund amount.

     f. Registration fee refund: No refund of the registration fee shall be made under any circumstances what so ever.

3. Refund will be credited in father/mother/students Bank account through NEFT/RTGS/cheque mode only. For this you have to submit cancelled cheque or Bank pass book first copy along with refund application form.

4. Refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the day of applying.

5. Refund rules are same even –

     (i) If a student join late.

     (ii) If a student does not join or attend even a single class at all after depositing the fee.

6. Registration fee/Admission processing fee/study material fee will be non – refundable.

7. Request for refund made verbally or through phone/email should not be entertained in any case. Refund form is available at front office/ Reception office.

8. The management of ZCEPL reserves the sole right to decide in the matter of fee refund.

9. Any legal matter/dispute related to fee refund is subject to Gandhidham (Gujarat)  Jurisdiction only

    Note: If your deposited cheque bounce, charges Rs. 500/ Shall be charged.
