HOW TO APPLY OFFLINE:
If you are applying for IIT – JEE, NEET(UG), and foundation (VIII to X) programs is a straight forward process involving only a few simple steps. An admission representative will guide you through the process and identify the best course selection for you. we have multiple start dates through the year and flexible study options to suit your schedule. Admission to ZEST institution is open to any individual who is seriously interested in IIT – JEE and NEET and other Olympiads examinations so you come to our institution may make an appointment and fill the admission form during regular office hours.
HOW TO FILL APPLICATION FORM:
Attachment with application form:
3 recent passport size photo graph with students name.
Government approved ID card (of student or father or mother)
ID card may include Adhar card, voter ID card, DL, Passport.
Previous year your school mark sheet
Current cheque during admission and PDCs(post dated cheques) also.
Student’s name (as per school record) written in capital latter in box.
Father’s name (in capital letter )
Mother’s name (in capital letter )
Nationality
Date of birth (DD/MM/YY)
Gender (Male or Female)
Category (General category, OBC- other )
Backward classes, ST – Scheduled tribe, SC- Schedule caste, PH – Physically handy capped
Write your email ID.
Write your school name with address
Write student ‘s Mobile number
Write father’s Mobile number
Write mother’s Mobile number
Write the proper which course you wants to select.
Submit your last class mark sheet photo copy and write the % in given box.
Give proper information if you qualified any type of Olympiads, KVPY, NTSE etc, in given box.
Mention the source how did you come to know about ZEST?
Mention if you have any younger brother or sister, please give us information such as his/her name, class & school name in given box.
Affix a recent passport size photograph in the space provided. Only the photo graph full face head, shoulders and with both ears visible and taken out wearing any cap or hat or sunglasses & submit two extra photo graph .Do not use PIN / STAPLER to fix photograph. Use glue to paste photograph.
Please do student’s signature and parents / Guardian’s signature at appropriate location.
HOW TO SUBMIT APPLICATION FORM:
Submit complete application form to our office. After completing the admission process, student’s login ID and Password details will be send to him/her mobile number by SMS.
